There are two main pathways to add students to your Classroom.
Preferred: Via Class Code (requires email)
When you create a Class, you will generate a random six-digit alphanumeric Class Code with a hyphen in the middle.
This will look like ABC-123
Students then register for an account via this link: https://app.intertwinedfinance.com/Account/Register. This requires a school or personal email to connect the account information to.
When prompted for a Class Code, provide your students with the Class Code that was generated when you created a Class.
When students enter this Class Code and register, they will automatically be uploaded to your student roster on the Intertwined platform. Before your students can access their accounts, they will need to confirm via a confirmation email from [email protected].
This is the preferred method because should the Student forget their password, they may go through our "Forgot your Password?" process that sends them an email. If you proceed with Random Account Generation, we cannot guarantee account recovery if the Student forgets their password.
Option 2: Via Random Account Generation (does not require email)
Under the "Students" tab, click the "Add Students" button.
Instructions to generate random Student Accounts will appear. Carefully read and follow the instructions.
After reading the instructions, click the "Create Credentials" button. You will have generated random Student Accounts that are automatically connected and linked to your Class.
To store the Student Account credentials, take a picture of your screen or click the "Download Credentials PDF" to save the credentials. Once you exit this screen, for privacy concerns, you will not be able to access this page in the future.
